Seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team!

The individual in this role will have the opportunity to provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service through multiple communication channels; reinforcing our commitment and mission. Job duties include answering phones, emailing, data entry, administrative office duties, billing and managing mailings. Must have good customer service skills and a positive attitude. No weekends or evenings! Monday-Friday 9-5. Will train.

Job Type: Full-time (*Part-time will be considered for ideal candidate) 

Pay: Hiring range for this role is $20.00 – $28.90 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.

What will our ideal candidate have?

• Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages.
• Previous property-and-casualty insurance industry experience. Not required.
• Knowledge of personal lines and/or commercial lines coverage and policies. Not required.
